Look How Far We Have Come

One of our owners was able to shoot a picture from the air recently of the paddock and Start/Finish area of ORP. What a contrast to the same area shot from the air just 18 months ago!

From just some bare asphalt on an open prairie, we now have a Start/Finish flag stand, Timing & Scoring/Race Control trailer, corner flagging towers, Administration Building, safety fences, tire safety walls, fuel station, and marking paint.

All this progress has been accomplished through the hard work of our Management Team, Track Manager, and the countless hours of many volunteers.

And this is just the beginning! Wait until you see the progress over the next 18 months!

The latest pictures of ORP, with all the new pavement, and line markings, looks good and show all the latest pictures on the website. The first grandstand that you build, should be covered, that’s just my opinion, as so the spectator stays out of the sun a little, or if it rains they stay dry.
Keep up the great effort and keep on doing ; track / facilities / construction improvements! Can’t wait to see the track in “Spring 2012″.
From a past, but not forgotten, “Westwood” race spectator and track helper see vou all soon!
    Thanks.
